"A Nostalgic Study Buddy."
Taiwan's earliest educational history can be traced back to the Sinkan Bible School during the Dutch colonial period in the 1630s. Later, during the Zheng regime, the first official school, the Confucius Temple, was built in Tainan in 1666, earning it the reputation of "The First Academy of Taiwan." The current Western-style education system was only introduced to Taiwan during the Japanese colonial era. Many classmates in childhood completed their homework at the dining table, and having one's own desk was something to be proud of. The modular "duck-head" desk lamp is also a shared school memory for many born in the 1980s, accompanying us through simple and beautiful childhood times.
