－To maintain the coasters, you can use a damp cloth to clean them.

－This is a made-to-order product, which requires 5–10 working days with holidays excluded.
－This product is handmade, and so each one cannot be 100% identical.
－It’s natural to see some pinholes and striations from the clay drying process. This cannot be counted as a defect.
<Shipping Details>
－After receiving your payment, we will ship the product within 3 days.
－For customers in mainland China, shipment will take 5 to 7 days (holidays excluded).
－For customers outside of mainland China, please send us a Pinkoi message to check shipment times.
