I've embroidered the back view of a rabbit gazing at the moon with pampas grass.
What might it be thinking as it looks at the moon?
I created this piece with the imagination that perhaps it's feeling homesick for the moon.
The back is finished with felt, faux leather, and a brooch pin.
It makes a lovely accent not only on Western clothing but also on traditional Japanese attire like kimonos and yukatas, as well as on bags and hats.
