Q: How do I check in on the day of the workshop?
A: Please present your order details or provide your registered name.
Q: Can I book a private session?
A: If a particular time slot is not yet booked, a private session can be arranged for groups of 4 or more. The studio will be exclusively reserved for your group, and each person can choose a different item to create, with a special group discount. For private session inquiries, please contact us via private message or phone.
Q: Can children participate?
A: The workshop involves the use of scissors and a hot glue gun. For safety reasons, children under 6 are not recommended to attend. Children aged 6-11 must create with a parent, who can accompany them with an additional chair beside their seat. Those aged 12 and above can participate independently, and parents are welcome to accompany them with an additional chair beside their seat.
Q: Can two people create one piece together?
A: While parent-child pairs can create together at no extra charge, each adult participant is required to make one piece. To ensure the rights of all students, we do not permit companions to share a workstation. If the number of attendees on the day exceeds the number of registered participants, an additional fee of $500 TWD per person will be charged.
Q: Can I reschedule?
A: Rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before the workshop start time (e.g., for a workshop starting at 1:30 PM on 01/02, please contact us by 1:30 PM on 01/01 at the latest). If you are unable to attend, please contact us to change your class date and time. If you do not contact us and do not attend on the day of the workshop, no refund will be issued, and rescheduling will not be possible. You may collect the materials from the studio.
Q: What are the pandemic prevention measures?
A: The instructor will wear a mask throughout the workshop. Participants may choose to wear one based on their preference. Door handles, tools, and tables are disinfected with alcohol daily. Please feel at ease.
