Cancellation method ▼ If you notify the cancellation 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), the payment will be refunded after deducting the handling fee. The handling fee varies according to the payment method. ▼ 50% of the paid amount will be refunded if the notice is canceled 6 days to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date). ▼ Cancellations will not be accepted within 3 days to the day before the departure date, and no refund will be made. ▼ During the event, if the participation in the event is suspended due to factors that are not responsible for the organizer, the money will not be refunded. ▼ It is recommended that if you need to cancel within 6 days before departure, the quota can be transferred. But please be sure to call and tell us "the name and contact information of the proxy participant". ▼ If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you for an extension or refund. How to change the date ▼ The date can be changed from 6 days to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date). However, the change is limited to one time only, and is limited to activities of the same organizer. ▼ If there is a price difference after the change, the overcharge will be refunded and the underpayment will be made up. ▼ Cancellations will not be accepted for rescheduled activities. ▼ Date changes are not accepted within 3 days to the day before departure. ▼ It is recommended that if you need to reschedule within 3 days before the departure date, the quota can be transferred.
