For urgent orders or gifts, please confirm the delivery timeline before placing your order. *Business days = excluding weekends and holidays; production time = excluding proofing and logistics delivery days. Important Notes// 1. Colors may vary slightly due to differences in computer/phone displays and printing. Each custom product will have a unique effect. Perfectionists, please do not order! 2. Please provide your favorite photo. If you wish to change the photo after the draft is completed, a modification fee of NT$100 per photo will be charged. 3. Upon receiving your order and image files, customer service will confirm the order details and photo arrangement with you. 4. Once the photo is confirmed, the design process will begin. 5. For physical product mockups, a draft will be provided for your confirmation within 1-3 days. 6. After your confirmation, printing and production will be arranged. Printing typically takes 30-35 business days, though some products may take longer, as indicated in their specific descriptions. You will be informed of the estimated shipping date. 7. You will be notified on the day of shipment once your printed product is packaged. If it is ready earlier, it will be shipped ahead of schedule.
