The machine hums and rolls, ensuring the paper will evenly absorb the ink. Another artisan skillfully mounts the zinc plate onto the platen, making minute adjustments left, right, up, and down. Each postcard will possess subtle variations in color, pressure, and texture, which I believe is the inherent charm of letterpress printing. / Specifications / Contents: Includes four postcards with different designs (Cell Division, FLORA, Finger Flower, Gourd) Size: 9 x 14.8cm Printing: Two-color, double-sided letterpress printing Paper: 450P bamboo fiber paper / Notes / Bamboo fiber paper has longer fibers, making it thick yet soft to the touch, which can result in creases.
