Refunds & Returns// If you wish to cancel for a refund during the proofing stage, a design fee of NT$100 per photo will be charged. Customized items are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. (We are unable to resell your ordered product to another customer.) For physical products, a draft will be provided for your review and approval within 1-3 days. 6. After your confirmation, printing and production will be arranged. Printing typically takes 30-35 business days, though some items may take longer, as indicated in their respective product descriptions. You will be informed of the estimated shipping date. 7. You will be notified on the day of shipment once your printed product is packaged. If it arrives earlier, it will be shipped out ahead of schedule.
