The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. In-stock items ship within 1-3 days. Made-to-order items require a waiting period of 2-6 weeks (excluding shipping time, public holidays, and natural disasters). If you need to receive the jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before placing your order to check for stock availability or to see if expedited production is possible. Items that undergo factory processing require more time. Factory-processed items include: Wax carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced over NT$1000 will be presented in a jewelry box (items under NT$1000 can be purchased separately). 2. Sterling silver items that are not plated will come with a polishing cloth. 3.
