**This whiskey stained coffee gift box - Taiwan's first wine stained coffee**
"Whether you're drunk or not is an urban legend. But you won't be drunk after drinking this drink."
Because I have a true love for coffee and fine wine without any hesitation. This season we launched the**Wine & Spirit Craft Coffee**series project.
We use various spirits to soak coffee beans, and then roast them to allow the unique aroma of wine and coffee to blend and perform on the same stage, creating a complex, deep and charming taste.
First on the board are whiskeys from Surland and Brazil. Manor coffee from Mykonas province, a combination of full-bodied aroma and balanced taste, guaranteed to refresh your mind.
The simple and stylish midnight blue gift box design is pleasing to the eye whether it is a gift or for personal use.
This time, let’s toast with coffee!

The wine-soaked coffee process requires time to soak and mature to taste delicious.
After weeks of whiskey soaking and turning, followed by multi-pass temperature drying, and finally tamed by time, the coffee beans and whiskey are able to blend into a balanced and charming flavor.
This is a limited batch brewed with complex manufacturing methods. It is available only once and in limited quantity. Coffee fans should not miss it!
**| Whiskey stained coffee flavor introduction |**
After being dried and roasted for many times, the tamed wine-stained coffee beans exude the aroma of plump berries and rum raisins, just like walking into an orchard with a late harvest in late winter.
At the beginning of brewing, the aroma of the wine is deep but not overpowering, like a gentle man wearing a striped shirt. It has a smooth, bright and round texture, as if you can see the charming smile lines at the corners of the eyes.
However, that is actually just the first impression. After you drink it for sure, you will feel the underlying Scotch whiskey, the sea breeze-like, slightly unsmiling character, hidden behind the sweet Brazilian honey-processed coffee.
In the middle of the drink, alcohol, malt molasses, and cherry chocolate aftertaste form the main body of the taste; after cooling, it will exude the sweet aroma of dried longan, honey, and slight wood roasting.
This is a coffee with a complete structure and a slender body, like a charming man who is approachable but still maintains complex depth.

"People who like coffee and wine are usually more interesting" - this is of course a prejudice. But for me, it’s a pretty practical little bias.
The idea behind this wine-stained coffee is to make the two drinks with the most fans in human history perform on the same stage perfectly.
The combination of wine and coffee is not uncommon, but traditionally wine is added during brewing. For our wine-soaked coffee series, we first soak the coffee with spirits and then roast it. We hope to create a more varied flavor through time and high temperature quenching.
Under the influence of the maceration, drying, and roasting processes, we must choose coffee from different origins, suitable wines, dryness levels, roasting curves, etc... We did suffer a lot in the beginning. The continuous development has also filled the studio with wine bottles of all sizes.
◤
This whiskey-stained coffee, which debuts for the first time, may not be a popular favorite among everyone, but I believe that it must be Mr. Right that some people fall in love with at first sight.
Just like Fitzgerald, who wrote "The Biography of the Tycoon" once said: "The things I write when I am awake are very stupid"...
(It seems that writing is like falling in love. Being too rational will not be effective.)
I personally like to drink it when I am working or thinking creatively. It is obviously a refreshing coffee, but mixed with a little tipsy atmosphere, it is very inspiring.
