Steamed potatoes are blended with milk, heavy cream, butter, and cheese until smooth and fluffy. This three-flavored pie, served in a handmade pie crust, is then oven-baked. This savory pie is rich and filling, perfect for breakfast, afternoon tea, or a meal. Spiced Potato, Mushroom and Tomato Quiche: Vegetarian quiche. Potato wedges marinated in spices and olive oil are first baked in the oven. The potatoes are delicious on their own. Stir-frying mushrooms and onions creates a rich mushroom flavor and a sweet vegetable flavor. Fresh beef or cherry tomatoes are used depending on the season. A thick layer of cheese is spread on the handmade tart shell. The spiced potato wedges, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes are then added. A special egg-and-milk mixture is poured into the oven and baked. A truly satisfying vegetarian quiche. Reheating: Cut the quiche into appropriate sizes. Preheat the oven to 180°C/320°F and bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on the oven power, until the filling is piping hot and the surface is golden brown.
