◆ Once registration is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. You are welcome to find a substitute or reschedule.
(If you wish to reschedule due to personal reasons, please provide notice three days in advance, and this will be limited to one rescheduling.)
◆ Cancellations on the day of the class or lateness exceeding 30 minutes will be considered a forfeiture of the course, with no option for rescheduling or refund.
◆ In the event of a natural disaster reaching the standard for work and school suspension announced by the administration, you may choose to postpone or receive a refund according to regulations.
◆ By participating in the course, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the event and these notices.
◆ To participate in this course, you must provide your name and contact number for identity verification and course information. Failure to provide complete and accurate information will prevent you from participating.
◆ The studio may take photos and videos during the event as needed, which will be uploaded to social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Photos and images containing your likeness may be used for event records or other promotional purposes in the future. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff privately via message or in person, and we will make special arrangements.
◆ Your personal information will only be used by our company for processing and utilization and will not be leaked to unrelated third parties. We will automatically delete the personal data you provide one month from the start date of the course. You may request to inquire, review, copy, supplement, or correct your personal data, or request to cease the collection, processing, utilization, or deletion of your personal data before the deletion period.
