◆ Once registration is confirmed, no refunds will be provided for cancellations. Participants are welcome to find a substitute or reschedule.
(Rescheduling due to personal reasons requires a three-day advance notice and is limited to one change.)
◆ Cancellations on the day of the class or lateness exceeding 30 minutes will be considered a forfeiture of the course, with no option for rescheduling or refund.
◆ In case of natural disasters reaching the standard for work suspension announced by the administrative department, participants may choose to postpone or receive a refund according to regulations.
◆ By participating in the course, you agree to abide by the event rules and notes.
◆ To participate in this course, you must provide your name and contact number for identity verification and course information. Failure to provide complete and accurate information will prevent participation.
◆ The studio may take photos and videos during the event for recording and promotional purposes on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff privately or on-site, and we will make special arrangements.
◆ Your personal information will only be used by our company for processing and will not be disclosed to unrelated third parties. Your personal data will be automatically deleted one month from the course date. You may request to view, copy, supplement, or correct your personal data, or request to cease its collection, processing, utilization, or deletion before it is deleted.
