Mug dimensions are height 98mm, diameter 82mm (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, orders from outside Taiwan are currently not accepted. ● Minor firing marks and slight unevenness on the edges due to air bubbles are unavoidable during the mug's production process and are considered normal. Returns or exchanges will not be processed for these reasons. ● When washing, please refrain from using harsh detergents or abrasive tools (such as scrubbers or steel brushes), as these can scratch or damage the surface coating. Coaster Care Instructions: ● Ceramic coasters are produced through high-temperature firing. Inclusions or small indentations that occur during this process are considered normal. ● Minor scratches or dust on the coaster surface are inevitable. There may be variations of approximately 10% in the quality of unglazed blanks between batches. The ink absorption in the pores of the coaster varies; especially with pink or dark base patterns, uneven color distribution, and cloudy or spotted appearances may occur. All these conditions are considered normal and not defects. Perfectionists, please consider this before placing your order. ● Each set of coasters comes in a gift box. The non-slip pads are hand-applied and may not be perfectly centered or may be slightly askew. Product images are composite mockups for reference only. Actual product color and proportions may have slight variations; the actual finished product will prevail. This is a customized product. Production time is calculated from the day after payment is completed and requires 10-15 days (excluding holidays). As this product is fragile, orders from outside Taiwan are currently not accepted.
