Fold a tissue into quarters and ensure it is thoroughly wet. 6. Using the large, wet tissue, fully dampen the tattoo sticker and press gently for 20 seconds. 7. Carefully peel off the backing paper and gently pat dry any excess water from your skin. To Remove: Apply baby oil or eye and lip makeup remover to a cotton pad, hold it over the design for about 20 seconds, then gently rub and wipe to remove.
