Canvas bags soften with use, developing a unique character and creating your own personal "canvas" classic. ● Minor stains or dust: Gently wipe with a damp, soft cloth or use clear tape to lift away surface dirt. ● Major stains: Hand wash is recommended. Use a neutral detergent and a soft brush to spot clean the stained area, avoiding excessive rubbing that could deform the bag. After washing, pat dry with a towel and lay flat in a well-ventilated area to air dry. Avoid direct sunlight and high-temperature drying to prevent fading. **Customization Notes** Each bag is handmade, and the following are considered normal: ● Product dimensions have a normal error range of ±1cm. ● Slight color variations may occur due to screen display. ● Indentations, loose threads, and very small stains (not exceeding 0.5cm in diameter). ● Due to the cutting process for printed fabrics, each piece will have slight variations. ● Customized items cannot be canceled once ordered, and returns or exchanges are not possible. ● As items are made to order, please allow 7-10 business days for production (excluding weekends and public holidays).
