These earrings are inspired by festival games. The telescope-eye goldfish has tiny bulging eyes attached with tweezers, and the fins are colored with subtle variations in black. The fins are made extremely thin. The fine lines on the tail fin are carefully painted one by one with a fine brush. The water balloon is painted on a glass dome and coated on the outside with hard-setting craft resin, giving it a smooth, glossy texture. The inside is hollow so it is lightweight.
