Pottery, handmade, hand-painted, one-of-a-kind
Length 23cm Width 23.5cm Height 2cm
This is a colored plate made by applying colorful decorative mud to black soil and depicting rice fields, ponds, etc.
This is a deformed plate with a handmade feel, made by roughly cutting stretched clay freehand and raising the edges.
A thin layer of glossy transparent glaze is applied, but it has a matte feel. The traces of the carvings have a slightly uneven feel, like scratches.
Since it is made from black soil, it is somewhat heavy, and when you pick it up you can feel the feel of an earthen item.
*Unlike porcelain, pottery (earthenware) has a soft, warm ceramic surface.
Also, there may be pinholes (holes in the glaze) or small chips in the glaze which do not affect the use of the product, but we hope that you will consider these to be part of the unique character of earthenware and add to its charm.
This is the unique imperfect beauty, or charm, of earthenware.
Since pottery is made from clay, when you hold it in your hands it gives a more rustic impression than it does in pictures.
However, that's only at the beginning, and once you get used to it, you'll start to appreciate the quality of the real thing, its texture and simplicity.
*The color of the actual product may not be exactly the same as the image, depending on the device you are using.
I adjust images and list items on my PC, but they seem to look more vivid on a smartphone.
Recently, we have been trying to match the colors to those on smartphones, but please be aware that there may be differences in color between the image and the actual product.
