[ Zhi Zhi Da] is the homonym of ti̍t-ti̍t-tuā [ always big] in Taiwanese, and it is often the most ardent expectation of many novice parents for their children.
I believe that many parents will record the growth of their children at home, especially the height part, but as a father, I have not found a set of height scales suitable for home style, but the reason is that the shapes and patterns are all cute animals/ The design of flowers/insects or cartoon characters, etc., makes the final posting space only suitable for posting in children's rooms or toy rooms, not public spaces in families.
Therefore, I designed an illustration book of Taiwan's native species of Fagaceae and a poster with a simple method of measuring height, so that parents will have no sense of disobedience whether they paste it on the wall of the porch/living room/dining room/bedroom at home.
This time, a total of 27 species of Fagaceae fruits native to Taiwan were drawn
Each group of fruit tips represents a group of 3cm height marks, no longer a bunch of numbers and marks.
The details of growth
Knowing that the parents are eager for good, so the light gray micro-shaped marks with an interval of 1cm are arranged on the background, so that the measurement range is from 85cm to 180cm.
The fun of records
In order to keep the record from becoming obtrusive, we have designed a transparent special marker sticker, which is convenient for parents to record (please write with an oil-based pen).
Illustrated Book of Plants
It starts with the tip of the fruit and ends with the plant name. We hope to present it as a plant illustration in the form of illustrations, so the scientific name of each Fagaceae fruit is provided below.
Material Selection
We tried to print nearly 10 kinds of paper patterns, and finally decided to choose to print with ivory, which has a saturated color and a thick and warm texture. The post-processing is treated with water matting to maintain the characteristics of the paper and avoid friction contamination.
