Due to the handmade nature, we aim for a comfortable fit, typically leaving about 1cm of looseness. Please specify in your order notes if you prefer a snug or looser fit. ❤️ ●● The cord is a consumable material; it's normal for it to loosen or break over time. Regularly replacing the cord is a form of maintenance for your bracelet. ●● ●● Warranty & After-Sales Service ● We offer a 1-month warranty. If the bracelet comes undone or breaks due to normal wear, we will re-cord it for free (you only cover the round-trip shipping costs). ● If the cord becomes worn from prolonged use and you wish to replace it, there will be a $100 service fee plus round-trip shipping costs. ● If you wish to replace spacer beads or accessories after extended wear, there will be a $200 material and service fee plus round-trip shipping costs (replacement of main charms or special accessories is not included and will be quoted separately based on the design). Important Notes: ● Natural gemstones may contain ice cracks, fissures, inclusions, mineral defects, or symbiotic minerals, which are all normal characteristics. ● All product images are taken of the actual items. Due to variations in computer screens, lighting, and angles, please consider the actual product as the final representation. ● Measurement methods may result in a 1-2cm error margin, which is unavoidable and considered normal. ● To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, handle it gently. Avoid pulling forcefully or collisions. ● It is best to avoid wearing jewelry while showering or immersing it in water. When engaging in activities like sports or swimming, please remove your crystal accessories to prevent damage from chemical agents to the accessories and crystals. ● Precious metal components may oxidize and darken over time due to contact with air, moisture, cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, or sweat. This is a normal occurrence. ● Our K gold accessories have excellent color retention. When using them, try to avoid scratching the surface. With proper care, the color can last for several months, or even longer, depending on individual usage habits. ● The cord on crystal bracelets may become visible due to handling or pulling. Simply adjust the beads to tuck the cord back inside.
