By playing a little with the form of the knot, I brought in asymmetry and irregularity — cherishing the air of movement that can be expressed with this single piece. The overlapping petals of the decorative knot sometimes appear as one unified silhouette forming geometric patterns, and at other moments, the layered three-dimensionality glimmers subtly with the light.
