The camera START was produced from 1958 to 1964 at Krasnogorsk optical plant (KMZ). This camera won a medal in Brussels in 1958. It was a first Soviet SLR high class camera with spring-blend aperture. ITEM'S CONDITION: EXCELLENT+ Condition of the item is fine, all functions are available, prism finder looks fine cosmetically too. TECHNICAL FEATURES * Brand: KMZ. * Prism Finder helps to take photos in most of situations, it is the reason why SLR cameras with built-in pris became so popular. * Good magnifying helps to adjust sharpness more exactly. * Please be careful that WLFs for Start camera and Zenit-4 -5 & 6 cameras looks similar but have other size at the bottom, and can't be exchanged.
