**【Course Cancellation】**
● If you need to cancel 5 days before the course start date, a full refund will be issued.
● If you need to cancel or change the class time 3-5 days before the class start date, a 20% handling fee will be charged.
● If you need to cancel within 2 days before the class start date, no refund will be given, or a 30% handling fee will be charged if you change the class time. You can transfer the place to another person and inform in advance.
**【Instructions before class】**
● In compliance with epidemic prevention measures, masks are required to be worn throughout the course.
● Please trim your nails before class to avoid damaging the work during production!

● After the work is completed on the day, the master will bake it in the kiln. The production time is about 2 weeks.
● The work may have glaze color changes and small cracks due to the production process, firing position, etc. This is normal.
● After the firing is completed, you will be notified whether you can pick it up or have it delivered. There is an additional charge for delivery.
