Over time, due to usage, air exposure, and environmental factors, its luster may diminish and the metallic color may deepen. This is a normal oxidation process. * If your brass jewelry oxidizes and turns black, here are a few methods to restore its shine: * Gently polish with a silver polishing cloth to restore luster. The cloth turning black is normal; do not wash it, as this will reduce its effectiveness. * Use a toothbrush with a small amount of dish soap or toothpaste to gently scrub, then dry thoroughly. * Use a clean cloth with a small amount of brass polish to wipe it down and restore the brass's shine. Afterward, rinse with a mild detergent to remove any residual polish, preventing potential skin irritation when worn. * Preserved floral jewelry is made from fresh flowers and can last over 5 years.
