If a particular flower is unavailable, we will substitute it with a flower of equivalent quality. All demonstration photos are of the actual product. 4. We take great care in packaging your floral gifts. Minor shedding of delicate floral elements during transit is normal. We recommend choosing courier delivery to minimize the risk of damage to your floral gift. Please record the unboxing process from start to finish to protect the interests of both parties. If there are any issues with your floral gift, please provide complete video evidence within three days of receipt.
