In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, you are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt of the goods. However, the cooling-off period is not a trial period. Please include the original invoice and ship the item back securely packaged in a carton (returns or refunds will not be accepted if the item is returned damaged or broken). II. Warranty coverage: Metal parts are covered for 3 months from the date of purchase. II. The following situations are not covered by the warranty: 1. Damage caused by human factors such as collisions, scratches, or drops. 2. Damage caused by natural disasters or accidental events. 3. Damage due to normal wear and tear, cutting, scratching, impact, or accidents. 4. Use in outdoor environments, direct sunlight, or humid conditions is not covered by this product's warranty. 5. Damage caused by self-modification, repair, or other external forces. 6. Damage resulting from improper product cleaning and maintenance. 7. Slight color variations or textures may occur during the special processing of aluminum alloy materials, which is a natural phenomenon and not covered by this product's warranty. 8. Other damage caused by the buyer's failure to exercise general duty of care or improper use, which is not attributable to our company.
