Rush Orders: Ships the next day!!️ Please inquire via private message first. 1. **Cover Photo:** Simply provide us with your photo to create a personalized card. 2. **Inner Page Options:** * Blank inner pages. * Blank inner pages + 2 waterfall cards (holds up to 8 photos). * Blank inner pages + 1 sliding card + 1 waterfall card (holds up to 6 photos). * Blank inner pages + 2 sliding cards (holds up to 4 photos). * Opens left and right, similar to real clothing. * Other styles (feel free to screenshot any examples you like and send them to customer service). 3. **Photo Printing & Pasting Service:** * **Printing:** Photos are printed as a gift with your card purchase using a professional inkjet photo printer. You are also welcome to provide your own printed photos. * **Pasting:** Photos will be pasted in a random order. If you have specific placement preferences, we will leave those spots for you to paste them yourself. 4. **Sizes:** * Standard sizes include A4 (opens to A3), A5 (opens to A4), A6 (opens to A5). For other sizes, please contact customer service via private message. 5. **Colors:** * You can choose all colors yourself. If you're unsure, we're happy to help you with color coordination. 🤎🤎 **[Please Read Customization Notes Carefully]** 1. **Revisions & Adjustments:** Your final product includes "one complimentary revision," limited to outline adjustments or corrections of production errors. If you wish to modify content mid-process, additional fees for materials and labor may apply depending on the circumstances. 2. **Subjective Differences:** After placing an order, we cannot offer partial refunds or returns based on "differences from imagination/proportions/other personal aesthetic preferences." Please refer to the existing style of our displayed finished products. Handmade items cannot be perfectly symmetrical or 100% realistic. 3. **After-Sales & Order Abandonment:** This product is custom-made to order and is not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period. Failure to pick up your order without valid reason will be treated as malicious abandonment, and we reserve the right to pursue civil liability. 4. **Work Sharing:** Photos of finished products may be shared on our platforms in the future (personal information will be hidden). If you prefer your work not to be shared, please inform us in advance. Silence will be considered consent. 5. **Returns:** Custom products fall under the category of "Exceptional Goods*" and are not covered by the 7-day cooling-off period regulations under consumer protection laws. Returns and exchanges are not possible. 6. **Color Discrepancy:** Slight color variations between the product photos and the physical item viewed with the naked eye are normal and do not qualify for refunds or returns. 7. **Unboxing Video:** Please record the entire unboxing process upon receipt to protect both our interests. Any issues must be reported within 1 day of receipt; claims made thereafter will not be processed. 8. **Photo Material:** Photos are printed on photo paper using an inkjet photo printer. 9. **Paper Material:** Craft paper. 10. **Size Variance:** Due to handmade production and measurement, a 0-2 cm error in size is normal. 11. **Receipts:** Please notify us in advance if you require a receipt. Our store does not use unified invoices; if a duplicate is needed later, it will be sent via registered mail.
