▍The course fee does not include the material for the bowls. If you would like to purchase a higher level bowl with the Mantra logo, please consult with the teacher during the class and purchase it at the student price on the day of the class.
▍Please bring your own blanket to cover your body and wear plain, loose clothing without buttons and no metal jewellery.
