Regarding being late
➤ 【Please arrive at the studio on time or 10 minutes early】
Punctuality is a virtue. Classes should start on time, and delays of up to 10 minutes are acceptable and can be tolerated.
➤ For scores exceeding 10-20 points, the instructor will be responsible for a late arrival fee of NT$500 per person. This is because everyone is being instructed at the same time, and being late will require the instructor to repeat the instruction. Since the pace and process will be different from other groups, the instructor will have to spend more effort.
➤ If you score more than 20 points, you will not be able to enter the studio and will have to pay a rescheduling fee of NT$500 per person. You can only choose weekday times and cannot choose popular weekend times.

Regarding refunds
➤ Refunds will not be accepted on the day of the trial due to 'lateness' or 'personal reasons'.
