1. Upon purchase, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email" from our system.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field once confirmed.
3. Your reservation is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm the date and availability.
4. As materials are prepared after order confirmation, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Studio can provide a standard receipt. If a company receipt with tax details is required, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or refund.
