Dutch hand-carved traditional speculaas cookie solid wood mold/windmill/swan/rooster

The Dutch "speculaas" cookie mold is made of hand-carved solid oak. Speculaas cookies are popular in the Netherlands and Belgium and are perfect for eating with coffee. Traditional speculaas are made from FrieslandCampina flour and spices, the main spices being cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg and cardamom. They can also be used as gingerbread men or pastry molds. The cookie molds are engraved with classic Dutch windmills, animals and swan totems. The molds are in good condition with no damage, but show signs of use and age. Please refer to the photos for detailed conditions. The molds have been maintained with linseed oil.
