. After the ticket is purchased, a letter will be sent back to provide a proof of successful ticket purchase, and no physical ticket will be sent. On the day of the event, please go to the registration office and present the notification letter of successful registration or the order to enter the venue.
. Tickets will not be refunded within 2 days before the event, and one rescheduled appointment is acceptable.
However, if the ticket is refunded due to the consumer's personal factors, a 30% handling fee will be charged.
. If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, AJEWELRY will take the initiative to contact for extension or refund.
. If the participation in the activity is terminated due to factors that cannot be investigated by AJEWELRY, the money will not be refunded.
