The name of the two hot pot restaurants came from the names of the two sisters as the names of the brands.
My sister Guo Ziling is studying graphic design, and my sister Guo Ziyi is studying catering, cooking and baking. However, we have the same goals and ideals. ・Cancellation notified 7 days before the event date (excluding departure date) will result in a full refund.
・If canceled within 6 days to 4 days before the event date (excluding departure date), 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
**・Cancellation will not be accepted from 3 days before the event to the day of the event, and no refund will be given.**
・If participation in the event is terminated due to factors that are not responsible for the organizer, no refund will be given.
・It is recommended that if you need to cancel within 6 days before the event date, you can transfer your spot. But please be sure to tell us the name and contact information of the agent participant.
・If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for an extension or refund.
**・The experience materials are all for a single person to experience. If two people experience one experience, an on-site cleaning fee of 200 yuan will be charged (remarks required)**
・The date can be changed from 6 days to 4 days before the event date (excluding departure date). However, the change can only be made once and only for events under the same organizer.
・If there is a price difference after the change, the excess cost will be refunded or the shortfall will be compensated.
・Cancellations will not be accepted for rescheduled events.
・Date changes will not be accepted from 3 days before the event date to the day of the event.
