▶ Ticket Purchase Terms
1. After placing an order, the system will send an "E-Ticket Notification" email.
2. If you select the laser engraving option, please specify the engraving content in the "Message to Designer" field after confirming the text.
3. Registration is considered complete only after a staff member at the experience location contacts you to confirm the appointment date and availability.
4. Materials will be prepared after placing an order and payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Studio can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require an invoice with a company registration number, please provide the company name and registration number in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to factors not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
