At Heart Bouquet, we have often presented ginkgo motif brooches.
This time, our inspiration comes from the ginkgo-lined avenue in Jingu Gaien, a renowned ginkgo viewing spot in Tokyo.
While ginkgos are typically admired for their golden glow in late autumn and early winter, there's a unique charm in their deep green hue during the seasons when they offer cool, shaded paths to passersby as street trees.
We've cherished and carefully preserved the realistic expression of these ginkgo leaves, envisioning a special way to wear them.
This design allows for versatile styling, thanks to its detailed craftsmanship on both the front and back.
The ginkgo leaves are surrounded by various shades of green vintage glass stones.
We've depicted the depth of the green foliage along the avenue using a pointillist technique with layers of different green glass stones.
You can enjoy a spectrum of colors, uniquely expressed through the variety of glass used in a single brooch.
On the right side of the leaf, you'll find stones in transparent yellowish-green stripes, "Givre" glass stones with a transparent yellowish-green hue encased within, smooth, deep green stones, and "Sabrina" glass stones where a green color is enveloped in white opal.
The Sabrina glass stone at the top left, while seemingly a simple navette shape, features incredibly delicate embossed patterns along its edges.
This meticulous detail, rarely seen in modern craftsmanship, is a hallmark of vintage pieces.
The subtle, intricate beauty, almost imperceptible in photographs, is something we hope you'll experience firsthand.
We hope that the brilliance of these vintage glass stones, preserved through time for their beauty, evokes the magnificence of the historic ginkgo avenue in Jingu Gaien.
Small Swarovski crystal beads are scattered like dappled sunlight filtering through the leaves.
Enjoy the sparkling, falling sunlight that appears as the light changes.
The round Givre beads accompanying the leaves are Czech glass beads.
From the tip of the ginkgo leaf, a drop of chrome diopside glistens.
We have selected a stone of exquisite quality.
This brooch is available in two color variations of the same design: antique silver finish and a different colorway.
One represents the fresh green ginkgo leaves of late spring and early summer, and the other captures the ginkgo leaves dancing in the autumn memories of overlapping seasons.
Both versions use glass stones and beads of the same size and shape.
We hope you'll find joy in observing how the change in color alters the overall impression.
The antique silver finish brooch is featured on this page:

The upper ginkgo motif has a small loop at the tip of its stem.
By threading a chain through it, it can also be worn as a necklace.
As this brooch has some weight, please choose a chain that is not too delicate.
A silicone brooch stopper is included for your peace of mind.
The 9th image shows the brooch placed on a person for a near life-size comparison.

The dangling elements are delicately crafted, so please handle them with care.
As vintage materials are used, some glass stones may show blackening on their foil backing. We kindly ask for your understanding that this is a natural patina created by time.
Each piece is handcrafted, so the placement and shape of the components may vary slightly.
The components are attached to the base with fine thread.
While they may feel slightly loose, they are securely fastened to prevent detachment, ensuring safe use.
Although we have arranged beads to minimize the visibility of the base setting, some parts of the surrounding area may be visible due to the need to hook the prongs for attachment.
Please avoid using this on delicate fabrics where needle holes might be noticeable.
