RITARU COFFEE hopes the wood can be put to use. So the wood was made into sawdust and the coffee beans they roasted were smoked. Coffee beans are sourced from Tanzania, Guatemala, Honduras and Colombia. The smoked wood chips used come from ginkgo and oak trees felled by Hokkaido University (the type of wood varies depending on the time). Freshly brewed Anotoki exudes a light smoky aroma and has a rich deep roasted flavor and aroma in the mouth. In the aftertaste, you will quietly feel the aroma of wood.
