For medium and medium-dark roasts, we recommend 85-88°C. Coffee Grounds: 20g (Medium grind, using a small burr grinder set to 4-4.5) Total Water: 300g ------------------------------------------------------ Step 1: Add 40g of water, bloom for 30 seconds.
