Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique textures and marks from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These are not defects. During processing, shipping, and crafting, minor indentations or scratches may occur, which are considered normal as long as the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major injuries. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. Furthermore, with time and usage, the leather develops personal scratches and marks, darkens, and gains a patina, gradually revealing a unique appearance that belongs to the owner. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather creation uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary due to different production batches or storage times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors from two separate orders will not be identical. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is made to order as a "**customized**" product. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "stamping text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at checkout, you agree to the designer selecting the "stitching color" and leaving the "stamping text" area blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-stamped).
