Gemstones and silver are sourced from trusted industry partners. Plating services utilize both jewelry-grade and industrial plating techniques. If you have concerns about material allergies, please consult the designer before placing your order. Most items in our collection are made-to-order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop site. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow for waiting time. If you require your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for ready-to-ship availability or to confirm if we can accommodate an earlier production schedule. Items priced at $2000 or above will be presented in a jewelry box (boxes for purchases under $2000 can be bought separately). 2. Non-plated pure silver items will include a polishing cloth. 3.
