How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Sizing Method: Take a piece of thread (sewing thread works well) and wrap it snugly around the finger where the ring will be worn.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler, then consult the size chart.
● Provide your approximate height and weight at the store. Ring size adjustments can be made at the store after the ring is completed.

**Sessions start with just one person and are by appointment only.**
● For your convenience, if you need to reschedule or cancel your confirmed booking, please notify us at least three days prior to your session.
Cancellations or no-shows on the day of the session are non-refundable but can be transferred as credit towards other products or future sessions.
● Samples are available for trying on in-store. You may also exchange your chosen style for one of equal value (subject to current material availability).
Exchanges for styles of lower value are possible, but the price difference will not be refunded.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire in advance about available space if you plan to bring accompanying guests.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled session time for check-in and to try on samples. This helps prevent delays and ensures everyone's experience is respected.
● During the workshop, each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step.
If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● Sessions typically last 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the chosen style. Your creation can be taken home the same day.
**★ Currently, due to pandemic regulations, all participants must wear a mask to enter the venue.**
★ During the session, please adhere to the instructor's guidance on safe equipment operation.
Female participants may be required to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after repeated reminders will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of typhoons or other severe weather conditions on your scheduled session date, and based on public safety considerations,
the session will be postponed in accordance with government directives, and a new date will be arranged.
