Step 3: After payment is completed, upload your artwork to the admin via the Pinkoi platform. We will review the artwork and provide a proof file for your confirmation. Step 4: Please confirm the proof file within 2 days of receipt. Upon confirmation, we will begin production. Production time is estimated at 5-10 business days, depending on the complexity of the craft process.
