You can choose two different designs for the front and back (or use the front template lightly as a background). Please note that once a model number is chosen, it cannot be changed. 2. Provide your text. If you wish to include a QR code, please send it along. If you have your own logo, please provide it as well (requires 300dpi resolution). 3. For custom Q-version illustrations or logo design, please inquire before placing your order. 4. Revisions are limited to two rounds.
