Gently pull apart the rear half of the body until it detaches completely. (Note: Maintain a straight, horizontal pulling motion. If it gets stuck, gently twist it left or right.) Step 2. Unscrew the refill counter-clockwise. Step 3. Screw in the new refill clockwise. Step 4. Slowly reinsert the rear half of the pen body until it clicks into place.
