Within six months of purchase, any damage not caused by external force will be repaired free of charge.
Damage resulting from pulling, pressure, or impact during wear, such as breakage, deformation, scratches, or diamond detachment, is considered damage caused by external force and will incur a repair fee.
**Packaging**
Every diamond jewelry piece you purchase comes beautifully presented in a brand gift box, complete with a carrier bag, a diamond polishing cloth, and a brand certificate of authenticity.
**Important Note**
Some of our jewelry is crafted from 10K gold, which has a lower gold content than 18K gold. If you have sensitive skin prone to allergic reactions, we recommend choosing 18K gold pieces.
