This results in a fabric that is "light," "soft," and develops a relaxed, natural texture that allows you to enjoy its "aging" rather than "deterioration." We cherish this characteristic. Because we use shuttle looms over 100 years old in Kurashiki, occasional "weaving flaws" may appear, which can look like "loose threads" at first glance. While these are unavoidable with the use of old machinery, we make every effort to minimize them through thorough inspections at the factory and careful placement during cutting. If found, we use them in less conspicuous areas. However, due to the nature of the machinery, it's impossible to eliminate them entirely.
