→ About the Artist
Ms. Shi Shu-Fen relocated to Jingdezhen, the renowned "Porcelain Capital," by chance. Immersed in a city steeped in ceramics, she gradually developed a fascination for this ancient art form. After befriending local artisans, she decided to weave the beauty she envisioned with Jingdezhen's rich craftsmanship.
She might humbly demur if called "teacher," for the world of ceramics is vast and profound, and she considers herself still in a learning phase. Yet, with each accumulated lesson, each moment of kneading clay, forming coils, or shaping on the wheel, she gathers rich sentiments she longs to share.
NATURE GLAZE Studio is honored to serve as a platform for Ms. Shi's creations to be seen. We hope that each recipient of her work can experience the evolving emotions of her ceramic journey. Currently, whenever Ms. Shi returns to Taiwan from Jingdezhen, she brings a batch of her work, hoping it will be admired by more people.

→ Purchase Notes
* Most products in this design studio are handcrafted. The glaze and ash distribution on each piece are unique, which is part of the charm of ceramic art. Therefore, once a piece is sold out, it will not be restocked, and an identical item cannot be found. If a piece you love is purchased by someone else, we regret that you will have to choose another item from our collection. We appreciate your understanding. Alternatively, you may contact the designer to see if a similar piece is available.
* Dimensions are measured by hand and may have a slight error of within 0.5 cm.
* Works may exhibit traces from the crafting process, as they are handmade or semi-handmade. These are normal operational marks.
* During the firing process, glazes may display natural distribution patterns, which is entirely normal and a characteristic emphasized by NATURE GLAZE, as ceramics are inherently natural. If you have any questions about the product, please send us a private message.
* Product colors are based on actual items. While studio photography adjusts for lighting and environment, no post-production editing is applied. Please consider the actual product color as final, as variations will not be considered defects.
