◯ Once the workshop registration is confirmed, no refunds will be issued. If you have an important matter, please contact us to reschedule. ◯ If you feel unwell on the day of the class, please wear a mask or contact the designer to reschedule. ◯ Due to limited space, unregistered friends or pets are not permitted to observe or accompany you during the workshop. ◯ To ensure the smooth running of the event, please try not to be late. ◯ For two-person registrations, both participants must attend. No refunds will be issued if only one person attends for any reason. If you have an important matter, please contact us to reschedule. ◯ If rescheduling is necessary, please provide notice at least 24 hours in advance. ◯ In the event of natural disasters or other force majeure, the designer will proactively contact you to discuss solutions. ◯ During the workshop, the designer will provide baskets for your personal belongings. Please take care of your valuables, as the designer is not responsible for any loss or theft. ◯ Please follow the designer's instructions during the workshop to avoid accidents (otherwise, the designer reserves the right to stop the activity for safety reasons). ◯ The actual workshop duration may vary depending on the individual and design, so please allow ample time to avoid impacting your subsequent plans. ◯ We reserve the right to make the final decision in any dispute.
