The Fazzoletto Vase in Murano glass is a work of art handmade in the city of Murano, Venice. The model was designed by Fulvio Bianconi for Paolo Venini.
It stands out for the sinuous lines that give an idea of movement, and the manufacturing technique is particularly suggestive: the master glassmaker shapes the effect of an upside-down handkerchief with circular gestures, giving the vase an appearance similar to a handkerchief fluttering in space
Although it is identical to the Venini model, the vase does not bear Venini's signature and therefore cannot be considered as such.
The vase was made with the manufacturing technique called "flying hand", in which the master glassmaker shapes the effect of an upside-down handkerchief with a circular gesture, crystallizing the two-coloured layered opaline glass precisely at the moment in which it takes on its uneven softness of the fabric
Perfect conditions.
