|Looking for a Team Building planting activity for groups of 10 or more?|
NEIGHBOR FOREST offers healing handmade classes designed with plants and nature as the core. Our diverse course options cater to all ages and experience levels, allowing participants to connect with various plants through hands-on activities combined with horticultural therapy. This approach helps people get closer to plants, fall in love with nature, and gain new life experiences.
|Benefits of Choosing Plants for Team Building|
From a horticultural therapy perspective, engaging in plant-related activities stimulates sensory perception—observing, touching, smelling, and tasting. Through these activities, participants learn about the diverse characteristics of plants, understand their growth needs, and acquire professional skills in caring for potted plants. This process of connecting with nature can lead to emotional healing, cultivate interests, foster camaraderie among employees, enhance team cohesion, spark creativity, bring greenery into the workplace, relieve stress, and boost organizational vitality.
