Embroidery scope and content
✓ The standard embroidery size range is 10.5cm × 6cm, and the pattern size will be adjusted appropriately according to the design.
✓ The embroidery frame size is 11.5cm in diameter x 1.3cm in thickness, and the back will be processed.
✓ Custom Content This order contains only one animal embroidery. If you need to increase the number of animals, please write to discuss first and confirm the quotation before placing an order.
✓ Background design The floral background is included in the design and cannot be replaced with other objects.
✓ Design style Mori's embroidery style is non-realistic, please refer to past works before placing an order.
Other Customization Options
✓ Fabric Selection You can choose the fabric you like.
✓ Text Embroidery (Additional Option) You can customize 15 additional English letters/numbers/punctuation marks for an additional NT$500.

△ Handmade Features Each piece is completely hand-sewn, so there may be slight differences between the design and the actual finished product.
△ Past works cannot be reproduced. In order to maintain the uniqueness of each work, all custom embroidery is a one-time design and the same work will not be reproduced.
△ Copyright and Customization Scope Copyrighted characters or other people’s works are not accepted as embroidery content.
△ After the detailed confirmation and final draft confirmation, no modification and return and exchange services will be provided.

➯ Work display: The finished work may be used for public display. If you do not want the customized content to be made public, please inform the designer in advance.

Step 1｜Order and Contact
✓ After the order is completed, please contact the designer via private message to discuss the customization details.
Step 2｜Provide reference materials
✓ You can specify your favorite animals and flowers as the embroidery theme.
✓ If you want to order pet embroidery, please provide at least 3~5 clear full-body photos to ensure that the pet's charm and characteristics are captured.
Step 3｜Design and Confirmation
✓ Once the discussion is finalized, you will receive a design draft within 7 working days.
✓ 2 minor revisions are allowed, and an additional fee of NT$100 will be charged for each revision beyond that.
✓ To ensure a smooth process, it is recommended to provide all modification requirements at one time to avoid missing or confusing information.
Step 4｜Production and delivery
✓ After finalization, it is estimated to be completed and shipped within 30 working days (excluding holidays).
