The recommended extraction temperature in the front stage is 90~92°C, which releases the original flavor of the coffee and completely extracts the elegant aroma. The middle stage extraction The temperature can be raised to 93~94°C to increase the sweetness of peaches, berries, etc., and the tail section can be extracted to supplement the glycol. The temperature can be lowered to 70°C to reduce the thickness of the glycol to avoid damaging the sweetness.
